1/ The Committee for ESS has launched the Access to Work Scheme. The Prevention of Discrimination Ordinance, which came into force on 1 Oct 2023, includes a duty on employers in Guernsey, Herm and Jethou to make ‘reasonable adjustments’ for disabled employees.
