Mullin claimed that the House sent him on a classified trip that only four people knew about. When Paul and Peters pressed him on which agency classified it, it led to this exchange: MULLIN: It wasn’t an agency. It was done here, well, in the House at the time. PETERS: The House classified it? MULLIN: I’m assuming. Except the House doesn't have that power. All classification authority flows from the president/executive.

White House says they asked Tulsi to fire Joe Kent. Her team says they didn’t. Kent says there was no imminent threat to justify war with Iran. Tulsi says Trump decided there was based on intelligence, without clearly stating the intel showed one. Now WH and ODNI officials are leaking conflicting accounts. The split over the core case for war is hard to miss.

Update: The White House got back to me with three examples of media outlets that quoted Iran’s claim that it struck the USS Lincoln…but none of the outlets is American. One is Israeli, one Saudi, one Turkish. (And none of the stories included AI videos.) The president had strongly suggested he was talking about US media when he said outlets that spread the Lincoln story should be charged with “TREASON.”

Crowdsource request: President Trump posted last night that the media outlets that disseminated an AI fake video of the USS Lincoln having been attacked should be charged with treason. I haven’t personally seen any US media outlets be tricked by this fake; some have debunked it. Does anyone know of any that actually fell for it? (I’ve asked the White House for any examples but haven’t heard back.) Thank you.

Donald Trump just posted a lot of words about the Supreme Court and other courts — many of which were not true. 1) The court did not bless his alternative tariff plan 2) The 2020 election was not “conclusively shown to be stolen 3) The court did not say Trump lacked “standing” in 2020. It said Texas did not have standing. I am glad to see everyone at the Kalamazoo Democrat Party is safe. It is my understanding Republican County Parties across the state, including Kalamazoo, have faced similar situations. While we have political differences, no political party, Republican or Democrat, should be targets of threats or violence.

President Trump tasked me with right-sizing @USAGM, a taxpayer-funded global media agency. We've been so effective over the last year that the Deep State has done everything they can to stop us, including launching malicious lawsuits at me and the agency. A rotund DC District Court judge wants me OUT of the agency, but despite his absurd orders and rulings, I remain in the exact same position today as I was before: Deputy CEO — where I am even more determined to finish the job. Last summer, I testified before Congress on the importance of USAGM functions integrating into the Department of State (@StateDept), where we can ensure agency priorities align with U.S. foreign policy and the national interest. I look forward to working with Deputy Secretary Rigas (@DepSecStateMR), a patriotic fighter with experience reducing the size of government, who will serve as Acting CEO. Together, Mike and I, while we wait for Under Secretary Rogers (@UnderSecPD) to be confirmed as USAGM CEO, will root-out corruption at the agency and make it more accountable to American taxpayers.
