Microsoft locked me out of my account on some supposed violation, but won’t give me any details or real means of restoring access. Even worse, this locked me out of my Xbox account as well—thousands of hours and thousands of dollars in content just lost now… @Xbox @XboxSupport

Microsoft randomly lock me out of my account, under some claims of violation. But there’s no details and no apparent way to fix it?? I have years worth of files that I can’t access now and I can’t even use my Xbox account either!! What am I supposed to do here?? @Microsoft

@MicrosoftHelps Why am I completely locked out of my account with no way to fix it and given no real reason why?? The automated form has been useless and I can’t find any other recourse.
