I am literally shaking. Some teenager threw a rock off an overpass and did this to my truck. NEW: New York City teen arrested after he body slammed a girl before stomping on her head because she didn't give him her number. The 15-year-old girl was seen trying to avoid the thug in East Harlem as he pushed her, harassed her, and assaulted her. The 14-year-old thug was later arrested and charged with assault. The girl was sent to the hospital. She suffered a concussion and is in stable condition. Never let this freak out of prison.
