The vaccine dosage was obviously too high and done too many times. I had the original Wuhan virus before there was any vaccine and it was much like any other cold/flu. Bad, but not terrible. But my second vaccine shot almost sent me to the hospital. Felt like I was dying.

Passenger Pronounced Dead After Exchanging Gunfire with Chino Officer; Driver Revealed as Stabbing Victim Held Hostage On January 21, 2026, at approximately 9:50 p.m., officers with the Chino Police Department in Chino, California, conducted a traffic stop on a blue four-door sedan for a vehicle code violation in the 12800 block of Central Avenue, near the intersection of Riverside Drive. The vehicle was initially traveling northbound, made a U-turn, and stopped in the southbound lanes just north of Riverside Drive. Officers contacted the female driver and male passenger. The female driver was not injured during the incident. She was not arrested. When officers instructed the male passenger to exit the vehicle, a physical struggle ensued. The passenger drew a concealed handgun and fired at least one round toward the officer(s). One officer returned fire, striking the passenger. A handgun was recovered at the scene, and evidence confirmed the suspect had fired his weapon. Officers immediately rendered aid. The passenger was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. One officer sustained non-life-threatening injuries (not from gunfire) and was treated and released. The investigation later revealed that the female driver had been stabbed the previous day and was being held against her will by the male passenger. COACHES: Here is a GREAT teaching clip of something I see in youth hockey all the time. A player will skate the puck towards one of their teammates and will then pass it to them. It's one of my biggest pet peeves in the game. When you skate the puck towards your teammate, you're effectively bringing defenders towards them too so when you give them the puck you've put them in a difficult spot because now with more defenders near they have less time and space to make a play. This clip is a great example. The CHI defenseman skates the puck toward his partner and then tries to give him a pass. They turn the puck over with two CAR forecheckers now right there and the puck ends up in the back of the net. In youth hockey you see defenseman do this a lot and even more so they'll skate it towards their winger and then give them the puck either on the breakout or in the neutral zone. A better solution would be to move it right away or suck defenders towards you (and away from) your teammate so when you pass to them they'll have more time and space. Phenomenal teaching clip on time and space!!

The transfer portal is a MASSIVE problem… There is a stunning lack of roster continuity in college sports nowadays. Michigan won the National Championship with an entire starting 5 of transfers. On Senior night in the SEC, there was one senior who stayed at their original college all four or five years. About 2% (25 total) of all college basketball athletes stayed at their schools 4-5 years. This is an outrageous number, and showcases exactly why college sports need serious overhaul in order to protect the games we love.

🚨Phoenix Police Officer-Involved Shooting - May 25, 2025 2500 E. Cactus Road in North Phoenix area. Desert Horizon Precinct - Officer Michael Uglade-Flores #11219 at approximately 2:30 p.m. observed 46-year-old Sam Perone operating a vehicle in violation of Arizona traffic statutes. The officer initiated a lawful traffic stop, and Perone's vehicle came to rest. Before the officer could fully bring his marked patrol unit to a stop, Perone had already exited his vehicle and assumed a confrontational posture. Perone refused to comply. The confrontation transitioned from verbal to physical when Perone struck at the officer's head, initiating a full physical altercation. A bystander in a black T-shirt intervened and attempted to pull Perone away from the officer. Perone was subsequently booked into the Maricopa County Jail on two felony counts of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer (MCSO Booking #G181664) and held on a $500,000 secured appearance bond. While on the ground prior to arrest, Perone continued to verbally confront officers. Officer Michael Uglade-Flores (Badge #11219), a four-year veteran of the Phoenix Police Department, sustained swelling and abrasions to the nose area and was evaluated at a hospital before being released that same evening….Huge respect for this officer. Blue lives matter. My advice to those who think they are above the law gods: Stay off drugs and or steroids and comply with the law.
