@stillnothawkize Florida was not good i think Mich St, Illinois, Purdue Houston Arizona and all run Florida off the Court because of that weak defense and terrible guard play. They were not good. Did you watch them play Iowa that was not a #1 seed.

Important to remember that although things can move fast with the portal, we’re only a week into it. It’s way too early to panic, and McCollum has already earned our trust.

That's true, Eric. Playing devils advocate: when losing 3 massive contributors like Stirtz, Alvaro, and Banks.. how picky can we afford to be? There are bench players making more than half a mil. It's just a crazy market rn and if you aren't willing to spend big, you run the risk of losing some BPA options.

Hearing we're being outbid by programs like Ole Miss and West Virginia is disappointing. I'm confident we'll bring in some impactful dudes eventually, but to not even land preferred targets on campus b/c we can't match other losing programs offers.. inexcusable. An Elite 8 team should not be moving like this. And it's not strictly on leadership, or staff. We lost a lot of engagement and support the last two years under Fran, we need consistent sellouts in the 26'-27 season to signal we're ready to go all-in on bringing a banner back to Iowa City.
