I am still doing tech support for students who can’t log into Google Classroom. My kid was just marked absent because he couldn’t get on the zoom call. A million students in NYC all logging on at once- who could have predicted a server issue in inclement weather 🤷🏻‍♀️

We are currently experiencing issues with services that require IBM authentication to login. 

We are actively working with IBM to resolve. We will provide an update as soon as possible.

@NYCSchools We cannot log in for the remote instruction on Google Classroom no matter how many times we try. Is this the issue being referred to?

@NYCSchools We are logged and in meets but it’s still incredibly frustrating. I have 2 kids on two different google meets and I have had to help BOTH of them already. This is not productive. Please explain why my kid has google meet gym??
