I don't think people understand what's happening in housing market right now. Florida now has 177,00 listings. Highest level on record. Entire Northeast U.S. has 79,000 listings. Lowest level on record. People are leaving Florida. And moving back north. A structural trend that will likely last years, and cause Florida's housing market to decline for an extended period.

NEW: Man arrested after hitting two bikers near Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. Footage shows the man appearing to purposely hit the riders before running one of them over. The driver was then chased down by those who witnessed the incident. The man was then arrested according to @auroramyst. "Please watch for bicyclists. Riders who were hit are expected to be ok, thank God. Driver took off and was chased down by others, and was arrested. Happened in DFW Airport area," she reported.

@alfredapp When I do a search in Alfred, it only shows files, not folders (even though I have folders selected in the options). i have an Alfred plug which searches folders which DOES work, but I want the core search to show folders up front. any ideas?

Forgive me, I'm just trying to understand the United States of America. Republican @realDonaldTrump is charged because his lawyer paid @StormyDaniels $130k in 2016 to avoid media distraction and negative publicity but those who suppressed a true Hunter Biden laptop story that could have changed the outcome of a presidential election are celebrated? @nreal_assistant I was able to connect the glasses to my mac with y power cable, no video ,but was able to activate and update the firmware. Still no video when connected to my mac (intel chip)

@nreal_assistant HI - just got my Nreal Glasses. I plug it into my Macbook pro. It connected ONCE and now I can't get video to work again. I can HEAR, but the screen flickers and never connects again. I'm not clear what the buttons do on the glasses or what to do.
