Hi @USAA @USAA_help. I decided to tweet you to try to help a good friend get a response from your company. Then I saw that this is a common complaint with people online. In short; one of your clients totaled my friends truck on Oct 30 and there is still no resolution. You have fought him at every step and now flat out won’t call him back. He’s been without a truck for work for 3 months. Can you please dm me and I will put you two in touch to resolve this. In the mean time, please try to do better by people.

@ericstonestreet @USAA @USAA_help Usaa is a shitty company to deal with as the rep for the person who caused the accident. Stingy and reluctant. They use bullying to get settlement.

@ericstonestreet @USAA @USAA_help They're terrible. I had someone take out my fence in a hit and run. It took me 6 months of nonstop calling and emails to get them to do anything. They're definitely not worth using for anything.

I had results from progressive in under 24 hours. Soldiers and their families deserve to be in that special club, crazy how bad their customers are treated.
