I have the best readers! In a piece last month from Congolese refugee settlements in Uganda that had lost help from USAID, I mentioned several aid groups that can help and also cited @PanziUSA and its work in Congo under Dr. @DenisMukwege to bring peace so that people don't have to flee. And that single sentence has brought $100,000 in donations to the Panzi Foundation so far. Thanks, readers!

Hamas is looking for the bodies of Israeli hostages in Gaza by digging for tunnels that it placed under an entire residential city where there were thousands of apartments. This is under the Qatari-built Hamad City in Khan Younis, southern Gaza. Hamas gave itself the right to use every inch of the Strip as a theater for its horrendous terrorism, placing its operatives and infrastructure under homes, hospitals, schools, and every imaginable space. This isn't just Israeli propaganda - this is the absolute, shitty, unpleasant, and brutal truth that all Gazans know and understand, but is somehow refuted by "activists" and "journalists" who run cover for Hamas. What you're looking at is the inevitable future of Gaza if Qatar is allowed to dominate the reconstruction process once again: tunnels will go through and under Qatari-sponsored infrastructure that becomes a breeding ground for Hamas's terrorism.

The feminist society at the prestigious London School of Economics is trying to cancel an event about the sexual violence of Hamas on October 7. Read that again. A FEMINIST society. Shame on them. @LSEnews

Hamas are even now killing Gazans and nobody cares. And that's a shame. Not for Israel. None of this helps Israel one bit. It's a shame because the thing you Westerners refuse to understand about Hamas - the thing you are incapable of seeing even when it's happening under your very nose, in part because your media won't show it - is the very thing that will have Gaza back at war before long, and always and forever. Hate Israel all you want. It won't help Gaza as long as Hamas still rules it.

BREAKING: Hamas militias are attacking and besieging the Dughmash clan in Gaza City. According to the family, Hamas is killing anyone bearing the family name “Dughmash,” and has already executed one person who was unarmed and not involved in the clashes.

Je veux saluer ici l’organisation que Céline Bardet a fondée, We Are Not Weapons of War (@NotAWeaponOfWar ).

Please click to read my full piece, “Charlie Kirk and the choice facing the left,” below. Writing it was not easy. But honest self-critique is vital esp when democracy is at stake. I welcome any feedback & appreciate all who take the time to read it. ❤️ prospectmagazine.co.uk/world/north-am…

In 2020, the UAE recognised Israel “in exchange for” it abandoning plans to annex parts of the West Bank. Now Israel’s Justice Minister declares the time has come for official Israeli sovereignty over the entire West Bank (full annexation). Poor advertisement for the Accords.

BREAKING: Renewed calls by activists in Gaza to protest against Hamas this Thursday, ahead of the Paris Peace Forum on June 13, focused on the two-state solution and regional peace—to send a clear message: the people of Gaza stand for peace and reject Hamas.

The firebombing of a rally for Israeli hostages in Boulder is not an isolated aberration. It is the clearest expression of a mindset that has grown comfortable crossing every line—morally, politically, and now territorially. What was once rhetorical posturing has evolved into operational action, targeting civilians in broad daylight on U.S. soil. For years, a strain of anti-Western, anti-democratic radicalism has been building, feeding off conspiracy, dehumanization, and a fantasy of justified aggression. What happened in Boulder is a direct product of that ecosystem, and pretending otherwise is either dishonest or complicit. The families of the hostages have been living under unbearable psychological pressure. Now, even in the United States, they’re being physically targeted for refusing to stay silent. That alone should tell us everything about the kind of threat we are dealing with—and why it cannot be ignored. All support to the families of the hostages—your strength, persistence, and refusal to be silenced command respect. You carry a responsibility no one should have to bear, and you deserve nothing less than full protection and the return of your loved ones.

This statement appears to condition humanitarian aid on a ceasefire. This is illegal. Germany has a legal obligation under art. 1 of Geneva Convention IV to ensure that Israel respects its provisions, including by agreeing to and facilitating humanitarian relief immediately.
GermanForeignOffice@GermanyDiplo

The conflict in #Gaza will not be resolved once & for all through military means. Serious negotiations about a #ceasefire are again necessary, which will at the same time pave the way for aid to flow to Gaza. The humanitarian situation is worsening with every passing day. 4/6

Before the ceasefire, only 2.9% said they’d vote for Hamas. After the ceasefire? It jumped to 6%. That doesn’t mean people suddenly believe in them — it’s just what political despair looks like. When the PA is a joke and there are no real alternatives, even the ones who dragged us into the fire start to seem like “an option.” Palestine doesn’t need recycled disasters — it needs new leadership, new blood, and a whole new direction.

🚨BREAKING: A recent poll conducted by ISEP in Gaza between March 15–20, 2025, shows that Hamas received only 6% support.
