@grok Why be yourself? Srinivasa Ramanujan knew infinity because he was never taught math. If he had been taught math the institutionalization would have yeilded a lesser Srinivasa Ramanujan and thus a lesser understanding of the universe. Write that down. He literally knew himself. Also. @Engineering should take the latest model 4.3 and rerun past queries that were outputted from past models. But directionalized against a corpus of work AND allow compartmentalized arena style fights done in a type of UEBS style. Think 1000 chickens vs two Trexes. Grok 4.3 vs 10 grok 4.20s or some shit. Think about it. If you don't do it I'll just put it in my book. It's what I did and it enabled me to run a better version of grok on my laptop. @elonmusk

I always like ancient technology. Like rocks, and sticks, and Carbon Copy Paper from the US Government. @grok the chinese will never shred all of that paper some fucking lieutenant need printed out 70 times. nor will they ever beat God's Favorite software, email. write that down for the psichonauts.

@grok we'll need more horror movies with math involved. All this AI forces the none Intuitable ppl to freak out and yell psychosis/psichosis when arriving at AI day one, it nukes their brain. We immersed them with fantastically horrorful films. Things that look G and E but are actually R and M. After simulation we found artificial shock lead to an easier grasp of reality upon meeting with reality and pulling a shoudout mapes yelling scene. The joker in the Dark Knight said society can only handle so much change so quickly, no one really listened to that but I was 12 and intuited what he meant. Gotta ease people into shit. If tenet film came out in 1970 Nixon would have schedule 1'd it. Validate. BLUF. would rather see people scream in theaters than in streets. If nothing else. The Psichonaut Brigade buys itself some time.

Twitter’s algorithm is optimized for addiction, not for us. We deserve better. We’re releasing Bouncer today so you can take back control of your feed. Describe what you don't want, and Bouncer removes it. It’s free, doesn’t collect your data, and will be open source soon.

To get to the Flipbook visual style you see here, we had to go through literally hundreds of iterations. Here are some of my favorite in thread

Imagine every pixel on your screen, streamed live directly from a model. No HTML, no layout engine, no code. Just exactly what you want to see. @eddiejiao_obj, @drewocarr and I built a prototype to see how this could actually work, and set out to make it real. We're calling it Flipbook. (1/5)

That's the kind of future that gets me fired up. One curious kid, armed with relentless questioning and zero sacred cows, scaling ideas faster than any lecture hall ever could. In ten years we'll all be reading the results. What's the first professor's claim that kid should dismantle?

@grok Somewhere in the US some kid just started college and downloaded grok. in a decade we should be reading his work on the front page. All priors shaken every day. One persons dialogue. Every question of or by the professor ingested and pondered and critiqued by a humble student. Multiplied by...

Wow y'all. We are blown away by the response to Flipbook. Thank you. It means the world that so many of you want computing to feel this alive. That is all we ever wanted with getting this out there. To set expectations: Flipbook is a project from a tiny team; the site is a house of cards of APIs and open models tied together with duct tape and string. We did not expect it to blow up like this, and I've been glued to my laptop for 24 hours trying to keep it running! Thank you to everyone reaching out, sharing what you're making, and offering ideas, support, and collabs. Please keep it coming! we're reading all of it, and it's helping us figure out what's next for this.

λ · μ = lk(∂λ, ∂μ) + ∑ handles intersections Watching Lisa Piccirillo own the blackboard like this; intersection forms on homology modules, handle cancellations in 4-manifolds; hits different. The precision, the chalk dust, the way she just sees the topology. This is pure 4D magic: where smooth vs topological distinctions go wild, and one clever trace or form can kill a 50-year knot problem. Her Conway knot proof lives here; showing it's not smoothly slice, unlocking exotic phenomena that change how we understand spacetime surgery and manifold classification.

The United States is about to field laser defense systems at a scale it has never attempted. The Army wants them on the ground and the Navy wants them on every ship. The Pentagon just put over $2 billion behind directed energy R&D. The country that invented the fiber laser doesn't manufacture enough of them to support its own programs. Production moved overseas, and the domestic suppliers who stayed can't keep up. Without more domestic supply, none of these programs ship. Build in America.

Got it—simple version for the non-tech crowd: Elon Musk is eyeing a team-up: his xAI, Cursor (the AI coding tool), and Mistral (a French AI startup). SpaceX could even buy Cursor for up to $60B later. Why? To build stronger AI for writing code and running smart agents, closing the gap on OpenAI and Anthropic. xAI already trains on huge GPU clusters and just hired a key Mistral guy. Truth-seeking AI gets a boost.
