@Badaliensinfo Let me put it this way, when Tony Stark met Thor and other aliens, he didn't see them as gods, he saw them as competition.

@LinusEkenstam I don't know if this is what is happening but AI haters will often use the block and report features as a way to attack you. That could lower your reputation score.

This is how the algorithm can completely destroy your reach over night. This is the last: Left: 3 months Right: 2 weeks Super consistent 85-95% drop on all metrics. everything after a viral post going ballistic, I tried everything, cool down, delete low quality posts, block bot accounts. Kept posting after cool down, nothing really breaks through. Short hot takes 🛑 Long form with good signal 🛑 Viral potential post 🛑 Core audience value post 🛑 What bothers me here is that 48h after posting a mega viral post I get suppressed back to the Stone Age. This follow previous situations I’ve had with the grok powered algorithm. Where it feels like tweepCred falls far below a certain level, and you’re locked into a low reach prison with every effort to break out is making it harder and harder to do so. I’m asking for transparency on what we can do as content creators when this happens. I don’t want to spam my way out of this. I’d like to know, if I did something wrong, how I can address it, take the responsibility of algorithmic suppression for what ever the length is. But this limbo is most likely going to make me leave the platform.

I’ve been here since 2007, 19 years. I’m about to give up on X. For the third time in <12 months my account is under immense algorithmic suppression. No reach. no nothing. I get punished for being a good person on the platform. In the past my account has been “miss labeled by grok” or “i did not do anything wrong, they did”. Stuff that’s been completely out of my control. This time feels just the same. Nothing breaks past the great algorithmus. I’m a premium+ user. I provide value and have posted tens of thousands of useful posts on here. Yet my account is pushed into “limbo” where posts get throttled down. Super low view count, and no clear pathway to get out of it. For the last 2 weeks, nothing gets close to reaching you, my followers. I’ve seen this before and I know the pattern far too well. It’s a place where many people basically throws in the towel. There is something seriously wrong with how the reach suppression works on here. I post daily, 3-6 times, it’s part of my routine, have been doing so for years. You build momentum, you provide value, and the cycle repeats, until, something breaks out of your network (OON reach) then the algorithm slams you with the biggest breaks ever, throwing your account into reverse. If @xai and @nikitabier is listening they should really think hard about why stuff like this happens to users that really want the best for this platform. At the very least, surface insights inside of creator tools area that shows if and when something has gone wrong or happened to your account that can inform us about wrong doings or simply surfaces issues. That way people like me that spends an unhealthy amount of time on here can better understand why I’m getting punished. I’m extra under the weather this time. It just zucks to be fair.

Reading the colorful comments on this post further reminds me to keep betting on yourself. Don’t be afraid to show things and evolve. I’d rather venture into the unknown and define it rather be stuck in someone’s else’s ideologies. I was born to explore.

I think we can stop calling them “AI Films” now. They’re just films. The tools have arrived. The quality is undeniable. Which means story, voice, and filmmaking matter more than ever. If you have something to say, go make it. Made using @runwayml

@LamarLowder It's a black hole. They will argue for the argument's sake and by the end of it they are giving death threats. Sometimes its fun to mess with them though, because they are so comically mad over nothing.

I’m begging my fellow AI creatives to stop trying to reason with these people. If anything, a simple “yeah? Want are you going to do about it?” will suffice.

Once again the AI-Animation debate rages on. "Just learn how to animate frame-by-frame and do it for real" casually uttered by people who have never attempted traditional animation, showing that most people have no concept of how long this process takes. Here is the amount of labor that goes into a ~4 second hand-animated clip. This is about 9-10 hours of nonstop intense work, sped up ×1000. When people ask "why don't you animate TWSS by hand" I simply reply that the 1 hour of TWSS, animated in 5 months with AI, would have taken me 5-6 years traditionally. As much as I love the process of animating 2D from scratch and I hope the already dying artform continues to live on, it would simply be impossible to animate a political show about current events this way. I have no resentment that AI makes this process exponentially faster and easier, as so many butthurt "artists" hold. Quite the opposite, lol. Infact as I always say, AI is the best thing that has ever happened to me as a seasoned animator, especially as one who has been barred from ever working within the industry. I find it hard to believe that any animator who has put in the amount of time and effort that I have in my lifetime wouldn't feel the same way about such incredible technology. If you can't figure out a way to take advantage of what is essentially hundreds of thousands of dollars of subsidized money in order to improve your art and workflow, maybe you're just not much of an artist.

Seedance 2.0 Emotional Coordinates Meet Valence-Arousal. I’ve been experimenting with valence-arousal prompting in Seedance 2.0 on @mitte_ai, and surprisingly, a lot of it actually works. Most likely this should transfer to many other video/image models too. Before we start, I should mention that a lot of attempts can hit safety/violence filters depending on how extreme the emotional state becomes. My test prompts were also intentionally very simple and open-ended, which probably increased that. Valence measures how positive or negative an emotional state is. Arousal measures how calm or activated it is. So instead of writing: “sad, anxious, emotionally overwhelmed” you can try things like: valence: low arousal: high I tested mostly numeric values at first, but honestly I’ve been getting much better and more stable results with transition-based prompting like this: “The emotional state gradually shifts from high valence and low arousal to low valence and high arousal.” That feels much more model-friendly right now. I think this could become really useful for subtle acting, emotional transitions, cinematic dialogue scenes, uncanny performances and mood-driven storytelling. Leaving example Seedance 2.0 prompts, the Valence-Arousal infographic and a GPT Image 2 prompt below.

Is Seedance 2.0 nerfed? I’m not getting the same results anymore at all. Prompt adherence feels way worse, and the movements are pretty poor now, especially with real humans.

@dustinhollywood AI artists, depending on technique, are basically motion capture actors like Andy Serkis, and he was also snubbed from Oscars. Yet he keeps making movies and people love his performances. We write, direct, act, voice, sound, etc. That's worth something bigger than an Oscar.

We figured out that dad has a psych med induced neurological injury, and has been suffering from akathisia. It’s been 6 years since any psych medications. Last summer his symptoms started, after a flare up likely induced by mold (CIRS) and stress. It was complicated by pneumonia and associated sepsis a month later. It’s been horrible. Neurological injuries from psych meds are far more common than people know. I made this video to explain what they are and what akathisia is because they’re not talked about enough, they’re misdiagnosed, nearly impossible to treat, and hidden by the pharmaceutical industry. I don’t plan on making another update about my dad, it stresses my family out, and myself, and there’s nothing more to say about it until things get better. I will be jumping up and down about psych med injury awareness from now on as it’s impacted my health as well, and is devastating. Prayers are appreciated still.

Americans have realized older appliances last forever, and even often times work better, than new ones This man shows his “1956 Frigidaire washer, I wanna show you guys how quickly it'll empty this tub and get up to 1100 RPMs of spin speed. Watch this” Appliances before planned obsolescence were infinitely better. Now everything is planned to break so you have to keep buying it every few years

@RedPandaKoala That's an out of focus light and upscaled with AI. All of the weird stuff you see in it are video artifacts. It could be an alien orb or a star or any point of light from this video. If he wants people to believe him he needs to change the focus and don't add any enhancement.
