@3DPProfessor Yellowing during printing + curing is inevitable, tho if left in the dark prints will go clear (but would need protecting so they don't yellow again) these are polished elegoo standard + were quite a bit yellower when printed than now.

Really impressed and inspired by this transparent resin, but it seems to be yellowing a lot. What did I do that's causing that and how do I prevent it?

22hrs of printing and 40 minutes of struggle later finally solved @makersmuse Fusion Overload... yeah I couldn't put it down once I took it off the printer 😆. scaled it down to 94.2% for use with a 12mm steel ball #3Dprinting #highfive

ok... so how does that happen?... I got bored and randomly decided to stick a master under the UV light to see how dark it would get (elegoo translucent), it got pretty dark chucked it in the dice bag, then check it a few weeks later... and it's clear again, wtf how

@DrLucyRogers Morning, it's new chilli growing time and the seedlings are getting big... then theres Augustus being a bush 🤣, he's got 2 pods atm but has stopped producing flowers from the shorter days.

@icklenellierose it's all about the corn nuts... I deffo havent bought 3 of these 1kg bags during summer..., they never last past a week.

@ardenpm @Mobile_Dom I make dice masters (for casting) so it's a near every day occurrence for me 😄, polished to 1 micron Zona paper

@Mobile_Dom The only problem is since its so good you get tempted to go through the steps all the way to 2000 grit to get if oh so smooth :-)

i just lightly sanded some cured resin and im now so mad for every minute ive ever spent sanding PLA and PETG

@FlorinMusetoiu @Barnacules i mean you should be able to choose how much bandwitch you want to choke it down to and kinda..... but with a lot more flexibility (we hope)

@DrLucyRogers morning, Augustus just had a run in with a drunk 1st year and lost some new growth (guy had him wrapped in his arms like a pillow, it's a good thing I was awake at 4am) psa. dont hug my plants, especially when it's a super hot chilli plant (7 pot douglah)

Much like my rockets, this joke has not landed. I love my Prusa, $750 IS a steal for it. Not for other things, but it's steal for a Prusa for sure

@DrLucyRogers I tell people that some (mainly short) people when bored basically turn into the cat mentality of "I think I can fit in that" and then when you do fit you search around for smaller and smaller spaces... I am one of those people.
