Bought a Eureka robot vacuum in July. Within months it became extremely loud and started to fail. Support made me pay off my Affirm balance, then told me I'd get one amount only to be emailed a different one. Nice bait and switch @EurekaClean @BBBTriCounties . Never AGAIN

#EurekaMoments @EurekaClean E10 cost $549 while the E20 cost $499 with anti-hair tangling. Why not just discontinue the older model and less features? Seems very anti-customer to keep older models on the market. Other than that fantastic machine.

@EurekaClean Thank you for sending a replacement unit for my e10s. However, I'm still left with the previous vaccum. I found the issue: The motor melted through the motor housing. Is there a way to get a replacement motor, housing, gears, and vaccum frame to limit ewaste?
