As someone who worked with and knew Donald Trump intimately for years, there is one phrase you'll never hear him say: "Forgive and forget" Trump always seeks revenge (no matter how minor the infraction) and he's the type of person who will burn down a house with a flamethrower to get a fly. In my experience with the Trump, he would often discuss his deep admiration for authoritarians such as Putin. Therefore, I anticipate that Trump's next White House tenure will encompass unprecedented attacks against anyone (including American citizens).  All US citizens (regardless of their political affiliation) must hold not only Trump but, all elected officials accountable for besmirching our fundamental rights. I am greatly concerned for the next four years but, I am also hopeful as tyrants who reveal their hand tend to awaken the masses much faster. I promise to keep fighting to get the truth out and hold those in Power accountable!

Tomorrow in Budapest a Germany whose government has just collapsed and a French government dependent on Marine le Pen will be lectured by @PM_ViktorOrban on the virtues of newly elected @realDonaldTrump while #Ukraine desperately needs all the support we can give. Ach, Europa.

And still, some positives: No civil war in the U.S and EU forced to get its act together (but will it?)

Twice America has put up a woman for president, and twice (it's now highly probable) Trump has beaten them. Sobering lesson on the reality of today's America.

If Trump gets elected we can expect the EU to start working on a blueprint for a strategy roadmap to deal with the foresight needed to take stock of the situation in five years
