Bernie said the way to stop it was by passing the Green New Deal. The GND was projected to cost between $10 and $90 trillion.
Bernie doesn't talk as much about climate change as he used to. Now he fundraises off of "Fight the Oligarchy."

You are proving my point about folks being illiterate because nowhere in my post did I say illegals got reparations.. and a simple google search or even an X search can take you to the video where Congresswoman Jayapal just called for reparations for those being apprehended by ICE on the House floor. Why would I watch Fox News? like what people actually still watch linear TV… the only thing I watch on TV is sports.

@TexasTamieK I think it's a power dynamic that gets exposed in this setting. Why we need term limits. It's not a career it's serving your country. Way it should be. We made our country vulnerable with loopholes that some people figure out and the rest are not a part of that. Close loopholes.

@BladeoftheS I think this is what will happen but the people in charge of doing it will make sure it favors them. So not a bunch will ultimately change as far as that dynamic goes but I think there certainly will be an illusion sold to people.

@Zodi_Am Do what's best for the child? Probably goes a long way for a community that has parents that raise their children the "right" way. Everyone has a different situation though so it's not the same for everyone. I think there's benefits to a strong family unit though if it's real.

I hate that the US is so attached to this 2-parent household nuclear family bs. Mothers are miserable this way and always have been. It was never as beneficial as it was marketed. Women were drugging themselves to get through the day.
