@IHGCorporate i’m staying at the Kempton Monaco in Denver. very disappointed. Old building. . The elevators are under maintenance. The staff is non-communicative and defensive on multiple issues. A text yesterday still has not been answered. Exec suite???NO!

@Starbucks honestly this is getting to be exhausting. I paid for a Trenta and this is what I got there. It’s not even halfway filled. This is happening more and more.

@EvenHotels how come you guys don’t have anybody on overnights. The room has been without heat here since my check-in not fixed and now I’m told maintenance doesn’t come in till 7 AM. No other rooms available. We’re not starting off good here.

@Airbnb I can say that after somebody came into the Airbnb unannounced with a code, I was relocated to someplace worse and now they tell me that I have to wait for somebody else to call me back on the new place. This birthday trip has turned into a nightmare.

@JDVance Somebody needs to look at all of these companies that have farmed out their customer service tech help, and operations to other countries like the Philippines or India or South Africa. So many companies do that now. I can’t remember the last time I talked to US BASED cst svc
