@EvenHotels how come you guys don’t have anybody on overnights. The room has been without heat here since my check-in not fixed and now I’m told maintenance doesn’t come in till 7 AM. No other rooms available. We’re not starting off good here.

@Airbnb I can say that after somebody came into the Airbnb unannounced with a code, I was relocated to someplace worse and now they tell me that I have to wait for somebody else to call me back on the new place. This birthday trip has turned into a nightmare.

@tacobell why am I finding a whole bunch of different kind of foods in my order. I ordered bean and cheese and a double cheesy beef and I ended up with chicken and potato and not even what I ordered. How is this possible? You can’t even reach anybody to ask.c

@JDVance Somebody needs to look at all of these companies that have farmed out their customer service tech help, and operations to other countries like the Philippines or India or South Africa. So many companies do that now. I can’t remember the last time I talked to US BASED cst svc
