Poilievre wants to cancel the high speed Toronto to Quebec City rail. We should suggest (on his dime) he spend some time in Europe where rail takes you everywhere and public transit is taken by the wealthy because it's faster, cleaner, greener and cheaper. Tory governments are the reason we're decades behind the world.

Well I have no choice. I will be filing a complaint with the Canadian Transport Agency against @westjet. I have been a loyal WestJet customer for decades. Their response has been infuriating. My wife and I were delayed more than 22 hours last summer on a trip to Europe. WestJet bumped us to KLM, who then bumped us to Air Canada. Both the KLM and Air Canada flights arrived more than 22 hours late. I filed a claim. Initially WestJet agreed to $1,000 for each of us. Then almost immediately changed that to $400 each. On asking an explanation I was told it was because they had given us a refund so only $400 each was owed. WestJet DID NOT give us a refund. So obviously they are hoping I will just give up. They have since stopped answering my emails. So no choice left but to file a complaint.

@FaeJohnstone Danielle Smith isn't a psychiatrist. Why meet with her? These parents have identified psychiatric problems with their children, and I say with compassion for their plight, they should seek professional help.

Today, a group of Albertan parents of trans youth went to the Legislature to demand a meeting with Premier Danielle Smith. She didn't just refuse to meet. She refused to acknowledge the request. She made their families suffer, and refuses to hear their stories.

@CheriDiNovo These stores will come at a massive cost to Toronto taxpayers. Make my words, within 5 years this experiment will end, having cost tens of missions of dollars - the same taxpayers who save a few dollars / month in groceries for a year or 2 will get slaughtered on property taxes.

This is making the food-billionaires crazy so we love it. Hopefully smaller retailers are being helped tho? How about a greater vacancy tax on empty storefronts? (that is greedy landlords)
