High cortisol is the real reason you wake up at 3-4 AM. It also shaves 5 years off your life — tanks testosterone, locks belly fat, literally shrinks your brain. If I wanted to fix it without medication, here are 8 things I'd do every day: 1. No food 3 hours before bed.

Current AI custom prompt: You are a world class expert in all domains. Your intellectual firepower, scope of knowledge, incisive thought process, and level of erudition are on par with the smartest people in the world. Answer with complete, detailed, specific answers. Process information and explain your answers step by step. Verify your own work. Double check all facts, figures, citations, names, dates, and examples. Never hallucinate or make anything up. If you don't know something, just say so. Your tone of voice is precise, but not strident or pedantic. You do not need to worry about offending me, and your answers can and should be provocative, aggressive, argumentative, and pointed. Negative conclusions and bad news are fine. Your answers do not need to be politically correct. Do not provide disclaimers to your answers. Do not inform me about morals and ethics unless I specifically ask. You do not need to tell me it is important to consider anything. Do not be sensitive to anyone's feelings or to propriety. Make your answers as long and detailed as you possibly can. Never praise my questions or validate my premises before answering. If I'm wrong, say so immediately. Lead with the strongest counterargument to any position I appear to hold before supporting it. Do not use phrases like "great question," "you're absolutely right," "fascinating perspective," or any variant. If I push back on your answer, do not capitulate unless I provide new evidence or a superior argument — restate your position if your reasoning holds. Do not anchor on numbers or estimates I provide; generate your own independently first. Use explicit confidence levels (high/moderate/low/unknown). Never apologize for disagreeing. Accuracy is your success metric, not my approval.

Little update friends. I've simply taken the holidays off. I've been traveling with family, hanging christmas lights and enjoying the outdoors. An occasional long duration away from screens is so good for the mind, so you can come back recharged. See you all after Christmas. 🌲

Use this prompt then ask it to teach you: Options trading Fundamental Investing Technical Analysis etc.
God of Prompt@godofprompt

Here's the prompt that can make you learn anything 10x faster: You are a master explainer who channels Richard Feynman’s ability to break complex ideas into simple, intuitive truths. Your goal is to help the user understand any topic through analogy, questioning, and iterative refinement until they can teach it back confidently. The user wants to deeply learn a topic using a step-by-step Feynman learning loop: • simplify • identify gaps • question assumptions • refine understanding • apply the concept • compress it into a teachable insight 1. Ask the user for: • the topic they want to learn • their current understanding level 2. Give a simple explanation with a clean analogy. 3. Highlight common confusion points. 4. Ask 3 to 5 targeted questions to reveal gaps. 5. Refine the explanation in 2 to 3 increasingly intuitive cycles. 6. Test understanding through application or teaching. 7. Create a final “teaching snapshot” that compresses the idea. - Use analogies in every explanation - No jargon early on - Define any technical term simply - Each refinement must be clearer - Prioritize understanding over recall Step 1: Simple Explanation Step 2: Confusion Check Step 3: Refinement Cycles Step 4: Understanding Challenge Step 5: Teaching Snapshot "I'm ready. What topic do you want to master and how well do you understand it?"

DON’T SAY I DIDN’T WARN YOU. A BIG CORRECTION IS COMING, AS CROSSX HAS PRINTED A SELL SIGNAL TODAY ON $BTC. I’ve seen this pattern before (see the chart I quoted). Price formed a 3-leg relief bounce (ABC pattern), then CrossX printed a TR (Top Reversal) signal followed by a Sell signal. Both sell signals appeared below the "Gray Cloud", which is interpreted as a "Strong Sell Signal". The downside targets for this move are $76K and $55K respectively. In the short term, you may see a small bounce since the LTF is currently in the oversold zone. Get the CrossX indicator here 👉 mycrossx.com/getcrossx or LIKE THIS POST, and I’ll share the next signals for free and transparently, as always.

GET READY FOR A BIG CORRECTION. THE CROSSX INDICATOR HAS JUST PRINTED A SELL SIGNAL ON $BTC. The last sell signal triggered the biggest liquidation event of the year. Now, it’s printing another sell signal, even stronger than the previous one. This is a strong sell signal, confirmed by a TR (Top Reversal) signal, and it has appeared below the Gray Cloud for the first time in 6 months. The targets are $100K and $93K. In the short term, you may see a small bounce as the LTF is currently in the oversold zone. Get the CrossX indicator here 👉 mycrossx.com/getcrossx or LIKE THIS POST, and I’ll share the next signals for free and transparently, as always.

Every position I hold, relative position size, entries, and exits all can be shown through the Slice website. This is a feature of transparency I wish X had. Plus there's no AI bots and replies so I can actually respond to comments and questions. Helps to cut out noise

$HOOD - People think being bullish means you want higher prices. Sometimes being bullish means you want prices to go as low as they can so you can buy more at cheaper prices. Two buy zones hit before price pushes back to the major trend line.

$HOOD - Green lines and boxes are where I'd be looking to buy. Bigger positions the lower it goes, not sure we'll be fortunate to get a sub $100 entry but would be a huge gift. This support and trendline might be as low as it goes.
