It is so amazing how cinematography can either make a hero look legendary or like they’re standing in front of a giant TV at the mall. ​Both the Batman and the spiderman shots understand shadow, texture, and depth. Meanwhile, the middle shot has that flat 'pre-viz' lighting that makes the whole world feel like a cheap set. I remain of the view that a ground invasion of Iran would be disastrous. However, it really does seem to me that we can pretty much raid Iran with very low strategic costs. A world where the US just has a constant 1,000 drones circling the shores of Hormuz to murk the site of any rocket launch seems possible, if not plausible.
