At this point you have a few standard options if support keeps stalling for months. You can loop in an attorney, file complaints with @FTC and @SECGov, or bring visibility by tagging people like @jespow @davidLRipley @zachxbt and @CryptoLawUS. Not accusing anyone. These are just the escalation paths people usually take when normal support channels stop moving.

Five months later, they’re still “working on it.” No updates, no urgency, and zero real help from support. They keep you on the fence with the same useless replies..
