Nigel Farage will rightly receive huge praise in the coming days for leading Reform to a devastating victory over Labour, the Conservatives and the Greens. But enormous credit also has to go to Zia Yusuf. His vision, organisation and belief helped turn Reform from a protest movement into a serious political force. Without him, this simply does not happen. Seeing so many people unite behind Reform and stand up to Keir Starmer makes me genuinely optimistic about the future of the UK.

Just spoke to another H-1B holder who has been actively managing rental properties on the side thinking it's "just passive income."
If you are managing contractors, messaging tenants, coordinating cleaners, and if your visa only authorizes you to work for your sponsoring employer, that could be characterized as unauthorized employment.
For immigration purposes, passive means you sit back and collect a check. You can't manage a business.
If you want to invest in real estate on a visa, make sure the structure keeps you truly passive. Hire a property manager, partner with someone who handles operations, or obtain authorization for that activity.
Otherwise you are risking your immigration status over a rental property.

That's true if we're talking Europeans, Blacks, Chinese, Indians, whatever.
Whether it's worthwhile for an economic migrant to move depends on those inheriting what exists, choosing to make mutually beneficial relationship with another - whether that's a business owner, the government, etc..

Pretty odd antics on New Zealand X this week about a free trade deal with India, a country that is on track to be one of the worlds largest economies, is a democracy in a world where those are very rare and authoritarianism is growing rapidly, and provides a massive new market for our trading nation in an era of the greatest geopolitical uncertainty in the last 80 years. Rather than celebrating that; some have been trying to replicate some of the “great replacement” social media angst sweeping Europe - in some cases for what appear to be cynical political reasons, for others out of misunderstanding driven by what they’ve seen from those trying to scare them at a time when they already feel uncertain about the world. The reality is that New Zealand’s sovereignty over permanent immigration, residency pathways, and citizenship remains fully intact. The agreement is limited to temporary mobility, and does not create or lock in any permanent outcomes.

I have hob nobbed with the most Libbed out Libs at happy hours and ball rooms in DC, and I have attended get togethers around bonfires in deep red rural Virginia.
One group wants to be left alone, and one group, in a very real sense not an abstract one, wants the other eliminated.
I’m pro doing whatever we can to secure our safety for as long as we have to.

Years ago I was in Vegas with my uncle and he wanted to show me his favorite game, craps.

This is essentially the red blue question. Blue pushers insist (because it is 100% moral signaling) that red pushers are immoral even though red pushers are acting within their own self interest at nobody’s detriment.

The most insane part of the actual Louvre heist that happened a few months ago is that the stolen goods have yet to be recovered, leading authorities to believe that the jewels were likely punched out of the historic French jewelry/tiaras and the metal melted down.
These retards stole $100,000,000+ worth of precious heirlooms, melted them down for pennies on the dollar, then all got caught and arrested immediately afterwards.
