ExcludedUK represent the 3.8 million UK taxpayers decimated by Covid-19 financial support policy Please donate via https://t.co/178YMHktCd

As we approach 4 years since the start of the pandemic, I’m reminded of the 3 million self-employed people and freelance workers who were excluded from Government support schemes. 4 years on and they’re still feeling the impact. Why did the PM not act when he was Chancellor?

If you are one of 3.8 Million taxpayers hung out to dry by this Tory Gov with no meaningful Covid-19 financial support 👇 @AndyBurnhamGM talking to @ExcludedUK today. 1: Financial restitution from the next @UKLabour Gov 2: Clawed back fraud money should go to the #ExcludedUK!

Labour was elected on a promise to be a pro-business government. But, we have implemented policies that have increased costs, regulatory burdens and tax on family businesses. Do we need to think again and adopt more entrepreneurial policies? labourlist.org/2026/03/labour…

HI @UKLabour NEC Members @JamesAsser @JohannaBaxter @MikePayne110760 @JessicaLBarnard @AnnBlackLabour @mish_rahman. With the @ExcludedUK still being ignored by YOUR @Keir_Starmer @RachelReevesMP @elliereeves @patmcfaddenmp Party, do you want our votes or NOT? @theJeremyVine

The 10 month-long exclusion of 3 million people from financial support is a major injustice. Many of them have tragically fallen into deeper and darker debt, despite being promised by the Government that they would not be left behind. The #excluded deserve so much better.

Through the pandemic, the Tory Govt excluded nearly 4 million self-employed people and other workers from financial support. This cost lives and livelihoods.😷😡 Today, I asked the Leader of the House for a debate to seek justice for the @ExcludedUK

‘One of Reeves’s meetings described as a “round table with small businesses” included BAE Systems, Rolls-Royce, HSBC and Google. As another City source observes: “Only the largest companies are factored into [Reeves’s] thinking.”’ Subscribe to read more.

After @Piersmorgan and @susannareid100 raised the issue of the 2-3m self-employed who are not being supported by the govt, @officeGSbrown says Rishi Sunak has to do better. He says it’s the PM’s responsibility to show there’s a 'basic fairness' in how people are treated.

Thank you for your less than constructive feedback about our campaign... maybe you would like to explain to 3.8 million UK taxpayers what is "thick" by calling for @Keir_Starmer to U-turn on a decision after he called for our scandal to be reversed and parity of Covid-19 Financial Support to be awarded. If you watch this video, maybe you might learn something instead of calling people names when it seems it is you who is ignorant... #ExcludedUK

Three million self-employed people deserve better from the Prime Minister.
