I’m genuinely surprised at how many people are keen to bring back the death penalty. Many say they’d be happy to watch a public execution. I can’t imagine wanting to do that, let alone actually doing it. Whatever crime that individual has committed, even if he’d murdered one of my own, I wouldn’t choose to witness the execution of a human being. To me, the death penalty is about revenge, not justice and I don’t seem to possess the revenge gene. Am I alone?

Just as it was clear in 2020 that Britain's lockdown policies were a social, economic, moral, educational and scientific disaster, so every day it becomes ever clearer that Labour/Miliband's NetZero mania is a national mistake of epic proportions. Our energy policies are suicidal

My company rolled out AI tools 11 months ago. Since then, every task I do takes longer. I am not allowed to say this out loud. Not because there is a policy. There is no policy. There is something worse than a policy. There is enthusiasm. There is a Slack channel called #ai-wins where people post screenshots of AI outputs with captions like "this just saved me an hour." There is a VP who opens every all-hands with "the companies that adopt fastest win." There is a Director who renamed his team from Operations to Intelligent Operations. There is a peer review question that now asks: "How have you leveraged AI tools to enhance your workflow this quarter?" If the answer is "I haven't, because I was faster before," that is a career decision. So I leverage. Emails. Before the tools, I wrote emails. This took the amount of time it takes to write an email. I did not measure it. Nobody measured it. The email got written and sent and it was fine. Now I write the email. Then I highlight the text and click "Enhance with AI." The AI rewrites my email. It replaces "Can we meet Thursday?" with "I'd love to explore the possibility of finding a mutually convenient time to align on this." I read the rewrite. I delete the rewrite. I send my original email. This takes 4 minutes instead of 2. The 2 extra minutes are the enhancement. I do this 11 times a day. That is 22 minutes I spend each day rejecting improvements to sentences that were already finished. In #ai-wins I posted a screenshot of the rewrite. I did not post the part where I deleted it. 23 people reacted with the rocket emoji. That is adoption. Meetings. We have an AI notetaker in every meeting now. It joins automatically. It records. It transcribes. It summarizes. After each meeting I receive a 3-paragraph summary of the meeting I just attended. I read the summary. This takes 3 minutes. I was in the meeting. I know what happened. I am reading a machine's account of something I experienced firsthand. Sometimes the account is wrong. Last Tuesday it attributed a comment about Q3 revenue to me. My manager made that comment. I spent 4 minutes correcting the transcript. Before the notetaker, I did not spend 7 minutes after each meeting correcting a robot's memory of something I personally witnessed. I attend 11 meetings a week. That is 77 minutes per week supervising a transcription nobody requested. I mentioned this once. My manager said "think about the people who weren't in the meeting." The people who weren't in the meeting do not read the summaries. I checked. The read receipts show single-digit opens. The summaries exist not because they are useful but because they are there. I read them for the same reason. Documents. I write a weekly status update. Before the tools, this took 10 minutes. I typed what happened. I sent it. My manager skimmed it. The system worked. Now I open the AI writing assistant. I give it my bullet points. It produces a draft. The draft says "Significant progress was achieved across multiple workstreams." I did not achieve significant progress across multiple workstreams. I updated a spreadsheet and sent 4 emails. I rewrite the draft to say what actually happened. Then I run my rewrite through the grammar tool. It suggests I change "done" to "completed" and "next week" to "in the forthcoming period." I click Ignore 9 times. Then I send the version I would have written in 10 minutes. The process now takes 30. I have been doing this every week for 11 months. I have added 20 minutes to a task that did not need 20 more minutes. I call this efficiency. I have been calling it efficiency for 11 months. That is what efficiency means now. It means the additional time you spend to arrive at the same outcome through a longer process. Nobody has questioned this definition. I have not offered it for review. I kept a log once. 2 weeks. Every task, timed. Before-AI and after-AI. The after number was larger in every case. Every single one. Not by a little. The range was 40 to 200 percent. I deleted the log. I deleted it because it was a document that said, in plain numbers, that the AI tools make me slower. And a document like that has no place in a company where AI adoption is a strategic priority. I could not send it to my manager. He championed the rollout. I could not post it in #ai-wins. I could not raise it in a meeting because the notetaker would transcribe it and the summary would read "[Name] expressed concerns about AI tool efficacy" and that summary would be the first one anyone actually reads. So I do what everyone does. I use the tools. I spend the extra time. I post in #ai-wins. I write "leveraged AI to streamline weekly reporting" in my review and my manager gives me a 4 out of 5 for innovation. I have innovated nothing. I have added steps to processes that were already finished. I have made simple things longer and labeled the difference with words that used to mean something. Every week in #ai-wins someone posts a screenshot. And 20 people react with the rocket emoji. And nobody posts the part where they deleted the output and did the task themselves. Nobody posts the revert. Nobody posts the before-and-after timer. Nobody will. Because "I was better at my job before the AI tools" is a sentence that cannot be said out loud in any company that has decided AI is the future. Every company has decided AI is the future. So we leverage. Quietly. Adding steps. Calling them optimization. Getting slightly less done, slightly more slowly, with slightly more steps, and reporting it as progress. My yearly review is next month. There is a new section this year. "AI Impact Assessment." It asks me to quantify the hours saved by AI tools per week. I will write a number. The number will be positive. It will not be true. But the AI writing assistant will help me phrase it convincingly. That is the one thing it does well.

A post from Facebook. Author me. 1) Because the vaccinated who died within 14 days of vaccination were counted as unvaccinated, thus flipping the statistic. 2) Because the unvaccinated who entered a hospital for whatever reason and tested positive for Covid were murdered in-hospital by the "full" CDC /NIH Covid treatment death protocol: remdesivir, maybe baricitinib, then prepped for ventilation using midazolam, lorazepam, dexmedetomidine, propofol, and fentanyl. Then ventilated. Then maybe vancomycin due to sepsis from the vent. THE ACIP MEMORANDUM contains hundreds of documented vaccine deaths that were recorded without mention of the vaccine, some of which were labeled as Covid deaths of unvaccinated status. The medical examiners who committed this fraud are named. Many of the vaccine lot numbers and manufacturer's names accompany the records. There is no greater conclusive evidence in the world. This was a gene therapy drug by definition rebranded as a "vaccine" to give it a more acceptable market affiliation, which is a form of propaganda against the people. They lied to us all. These mRNA "vaccines" are concocted from known cancer causing DNA fragments as discovered by Kevin McKernan and verified by a dozen labs around the world, now admitted by governments including US and Canada. Not just another carcinogen, these DNA fragments are the same ones that are given to mice to cause malignant tumors in order to study the tumors. The government has known for years of all the fraud and risk involved in this military Operation Warp Speed, yet continues to revommend the products. RFK Jr and the ACIP Committee tried to stop them, but federal hack judge Brian Murphy enjoined them from not recommending the shots. Corruption costs lives.

I've been trying to find out, definitively, what test is being used by the NHS to diagnose bacterial meningitis - assuming it's not lumbar puncture fluid testing. There's much talk of a "hi-tech blood test [that] can distinguish between bacterial or viral infections much more quickly than traditional tests – so serious diseases like sepsis or meningitis can be picked up sooner". The nature of the "hi-tech" test is not explained. It's just "hi-tech". So perhaps I could ask, via this tweet, one of the Professors who has been using the 15-minute rapid test what science is being used. What is the technology behind the tests? Professor @CarrolEnitan - can you shine any light? You were quoted in an NHS article relating to the 15-minute tests. Also can you confirm what tests were used in the current Kent 'cluster' of cases?
Jeffrey Peel@JeffreyPeel

If anyone tells you that someone has died (or become ill) as a result of bacterial meningitis the definitive test, apparently, is via a lumbar puncture. Not nice. So the 'authorities' bypass this troublesome procedure by performing a PCR test - like the one used to 'test' for the fake disease, COVID 19. Don't take my word for it. Here's the current sage on these matters, Google Gemini. "The gold standard for diagnosing bacterial meningitis is cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) culture combined with Gram staining, obtained via lumbar puncture. While culture is the definitive diagnostic standard, CSF PCR (polymerase chain reaction) is often used." So, if some journalist tells you in a news report that someone has become sick or died as a result of Meningitis "infection" you can safely assume that this is total bullshit.

A great take 👇 and exactly the reason why I support @heritagepartyuk and @DrTeckKhong who consistently opposed lockdowns and dangerous mRNA since early 2020. Friendly reminder Lowe was part of the "they must be vaccinated" and Blair should run it Reform gang until falling out of bed in March 2025.
Rupert Lowe MP@RupertLowe10

Restore Britain’s policy on lockdown is clear. It was the darkest time in recent British history, a time where our freedoms were trampled over all in the name of bent ‘science’. For some COVID, was a dangerous disease. And the full power of the state should have been deployed to protect those people. The elderly, the vulnerable. Instead of spending hundreds of billions of closing our economy down, sentencing thousands of young healthy people to death and ruining tens of millions of lives - we should have protected those two groups, the elderly and the vulnerable, with everything that we had. If we could shut the country down, we could have had protected those in genuine danger. Obviously. Millions of youngsters had years ripped away from them. Lives destroyed. For what? To avoid getting a nasty cough? Sweden was right. Tegnell was right. We should have followed their lead. A Restore Britain Government would take steps to reverse the damage, as much as possible. All criminal convictions for non-violent breaches of lockdown rules would be overturned and quashed. Nobody will have a criminal record for breaking laws that should have never existed in the first place. Every related fine will be refunded. Restore Britain MPs will issue a formal statement and apology from Parliament, recognising the damage lockdowns caused to the families, businesses and our society. The British state got it wrong. We will admit that. Targeted amendments to existing laws will be passed, making it illegal to suspend basic freedoms without ultra-intensive parliamentary oversight and strict time limits. Tax breaks to the most affected industries will be implemented - people forget that the damage continues today. Particularly for hospitality. We will help. We will remove all remaining COVID relics from this country. Every social distancing sign will be torn down, every two metre sticker will be scrubbed away. I detest seeing it all. An independent commission filled with overseas experts will be established to review all SAGE communications, predictions and data used to justify lockdown. We will ask Anders Tegnell to head that commission. We will release all modelling and all communications, unredacted, and aim to prosecute anyone who deliberately distorted the statistics to push a damaging pro-lockdown agenda. Restore Britain will launch a full, independent inquiry into the COVID vaccine - how it was approved, and how it was forced on the entire healthy population. How did ministers like Reform’s Zahawi even dare to suggest that children can overrule their parents in order to take the vaccine? It is sick. The current vaccine compensation scheme will be scrapped, and we will open a new system which speeds up claims, increases the amount paid and has no inbuilt bias. To those people who lost their lives because of the COVID vaccine, and there have been many, the state will properly compensate those families. Properly compensate. And, for what is worth which is very little, the state will apologise. Vaccine passports. Sick. Sick. Sick. The most evil policy inflicted on the British people - all supported by Conservative, Reform and Labour politicians. I didn’t take the COVID vaccine, I felt I didn’t need it. That was my choice. I was prepared to have my life disrupted. Millions of others though felt blackmailed into receiving that jab to go on holiday or whatever else. Anyone involved in the implementation of that scheme should be ashamed of themselves - including many of the politicians in Reform's top team. State workers who lost their jobs because of vaccine mandates will be properly compensated. What happened to them was wrong, and Restore Britain will fix it. We will be honest with the British people about what happened in 2020 and 2021. Lockdown was the biggest scandal of modern times. Restore Britain will have the courage to finally admit that, and take steps to rectify the vast damage caused. There is now a serious political party willing to face up to the truth. I hope you consider supporting us.

Capetonians: In case you've been napping, note that your city is a member of the C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group, having joined in 2014. It participated in a "national dialogue" on a "Just and Equitable Transition", co-hosted by C40, the Presidential Climate Commission, and local government bodies, emphasizing "inclusive climate action and job creation". These are word salads of death, and a sign of how captured by globalists the DA is.

The Soros-funded organization (C40 Cities) that wants zero private vehicle ownership and zero meat consumption by 2030, instructs cities to make their Climate Action Plans "as binding as possible", which "makes it difficult future city leadership to reverse or ignore them".
