@matthewabides @zachxbt This is the most brain dead thing I've seen done in the crypto space. Why ruin someone else who turned to good for your own public gain? Stupid pull imo

1/ Meet Zachary Wolk (@zachxbt), the crypto investigator who's exposed $500M+ in fraud. He investigated everyone. Nobody ever investigated him. I found him in a free neighborhood paper. Also found ~$5M of "donations" from the people who never appear in his threads.

Story time as I had the chance to talk to this "Drunk" guy from the quoted tweet. At the heart of it, he is basically claiming that the exact scenario described here is how other major casinos operate, claiming Stake does this too L O L (NOT the case). I made it very clear from the jump, IF this is what he and his streamers are handshaking to and mutually agreeing to, THEN he's free to run deals how he wants. However, if he's running it this way because he thinks this is how other major casinos including Stake operate, it's just factually incorrect. I also think its disingenuous and predatory to NOT disclose this information up front to his streamers just to bring it up when its beneficial for them at the end of the deal and claim "this is industry standard" therefore you should have known, when in fact this is NOT industry standard. When confronted, he claims he has someone "working with stake" and he told him its the same as the deal he described. When asked for proof, I was sent screenshots of that streamer literally just describing basically how Negative Carry-Over works. The way Negative Carry-Over (NCO) works is if one month, for example, the players are up lets say $100,000 NGR (net gaming revenue), then that means the next month, the players would have to lose back that $100,000 before the NGR goes in the Positive again for that streamer to claim their revenue-share. Sounds like a simple concept right? Well, that's because it is. However, it appears Drunk is taking it upon himself to stretch the truth of what negative carry-over means in this industry and use it as an excuse to both NOT pay the streamers under him their agreed upon rates owed NOR the final leaderboards of the players under the guise of "Well the NGR is negative, therefor you owe it, so I'll just not pay you out and not pay your players and deduct the money you owe from that". It looks like in some cases, he's even gone so far as to literally BILL the streamers saying they OWE THE CASINO MONEY because after they ended their deal, the NGR was negative. Please stay FAR AWAY from predatory tactics like this, as it can not only effect YOU, but ALSO your PLAYERS and COMMUNITY MEMBERS if they refuse to payout leaderboards

Here we go — another drama unfolding. Today’s story involves @Drunk_ , the Head of Marketing at Winna. From the first day I met him in person until now, I’ve come to the conclusion that he’s nothing more than a skilled actor and manipulator. This is the guy Winna hired with zero actual marketing or management experience. When he first offered me this deal, on top of the weekly payments, leaderboard split and a lot more promises that were never fulfilled, he also offered me a revshare percentage deal. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t entirely familiar with the term, so I asked him for clarification. He explained that I would receive a percentage of the total losses from my players at the end of every month. That was the ONLY explanation he gave me, and of course, I accepted. Now tell me why, after just two months of this partnership, he suddenly decides to terminate it and claims that I owe THEM the revshare percentage because my players got lucky, beat the house edge, and actually profited on a casino. (see picture) When I pointed out that this was never explained or agreed upon in our deal, he doubled down and insisted that this is a “very standard and basic” arrangement between casinos and streamers, and that “everyone knows about this already.” (see picture) Funny thing is and what made it really suspicious is that as soon as I threatened to go public, he immediately chickened out and said he would pay whatever is needed. My guess is he probably tried to scam me and pocket the money himself without Winna knowing. This guy can't be trusted. Overall, it was a horrible experience with him. I was getting paid $8,750 a week by Winna while depositing $5-10k every single day. I was literally getting verbally abused by this guy in my chat for cashing out more than I get paid in a week — well no fucking shit, I deposit way more than I’m supposed to. The constant whining whenever I was winning, threats to drop me if I didn’t purposely lose money on stream, nonstop complaining about my players getting lucky and always putting the blame on me, leaderboard delays, and him never being active when needed — it was all extremely exhausting. I won’t lie, personally I’ve never really had any major issues with the site itself. I’m sure Winna can do better by hiring more capable people with actual marketing skills. This guy clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing. @Winna, you can do better.

This has to be rage bait yeah? Or is this actually your take? Because while I agree what you said about Negative carryover, in no way does that ever mean the player owes that money to the casino and needs to send them that as a payment. Negative carryover only means that the players NGR must clear that negative threshold and put the casino back in profit before being able to claim your rev share again. In no way ever should the casino EVER, and I mean EVER “bill/invoice” the player for negative NGR.

I’M DONE WITH STREAMERS TRYING TO RUIN CASINOS WITH SMEAR CAMPAIGNS AFTER THEIR DEALS FALL APART. A lot of this post leaves out key context. Revshare agreements in the casino or streaming space commonly include both positive and negative carryover depending on player performance, and the terms were not something invented afterward. Disagreements over interpretation don’t automatically mean someone was “scamming” or trying to “pocket money.” You were paid substantial guaranteed weekly compensation on top of additional incentives, while also benefiting from the exposure and partnership. Calling someone a manipulator or accusing them of fraud publicly without evidence is a serious allegation. If there was confusion about the deal structure, that should’ve been clarified privately and professionally instead of turning it into a public smear campaign for @Winna full of personal attacks. You’re cool @Drunk_ this dude’s a bozo.

Kick is apparently now testing ads. No information on rates or if the creators who are being tested on will see a cut. Maybe I'm crazy, but this should be launching with much more information and transparency vs just winging it.
