@Expedia Caught them lying about my not being able to Refund blaming the third party. Have 3 confirmations from third party they have no issues so essentially Expedia stole my money. This long-term customer is NEVER using Expedia again at the very least.

@wayofftheres @vrbo It's a disturbing trend, not isolated to @vrbo. Any rental agency where the owner has cameras up has that issue. I deal with a lot of "I was checking my cameras and.." type calls here, and it bugs the shit out of me.
