Contacted Expedia. They were nice but said it was an Airlines issue. Contacted American Airlines multiple times. They said no refund or voucher even with a Doctors letter. Wrote to American CEO/President. NO response.

@Expedia poor support. Booking (Itinerary ID: 73353439713499) for The Himalayan, Manali (24–26 Jan 26) couldn’t be used due to heavy snowfall & road closures. Hotel agreed to reschedule but says Expedia must process it.Requesting refund or date change ASAP. #Expedia #TravelIssue

@qatarairways @qatarairways @qrsupport could you please update @Expedia because they said they cannot refund me as their end is NOT updated. Please update them. They also asked for cancellation email. It sounds like the refund process is more troublesome than I thought.

We booked thru Expedia and even THEY didn’t get a notification of the ticket being cancelled. Like? was I supposed to go the airport and look stupid?

Stuck in Thailand because Etihad moved a flight we booked months ago to an overbooked flight and then cancelled it 👍 they didn’t even notify me thru email about the cancellation, I had to harass them thru 3 different Twitter accounts to get a response.

@HiltonHotels Just want all my followers to know never to book direct with Hilton. We have done and due to the war they are refusing any refunds. Whereas @ExpediaUK have been amazing.
