Has anyone had any success with over the counter pills or potions to help them sleep? Any suggestions gratefully recieved as I haven't had a decent night's sleep for about three weeks now and it's getting a bit desperate.

@SteveShepSmith Hi Steve, I'd use seitan and some vegan bacon (for taste) although it's a bit hot weather wise for bean crock. Ideally, for non-vegetarians, you'd use pork (no food additives) instead of ham.

What I’ve read is a huge quantity of @StatesAssembly members with second jobs. A few who are rarely resident. A small number who have apparently achieved nothing in their lives. You didn’t vote @markboleat in because you thought he’d have NED’s and commute. Feel silly yet?

@EmzJ_Smith @JEPnews I'm not a big fan of some of the categories in the Pride of Jersey Awards (Teacher of the Year? Really? How would you know?) but it is gratifying to see lots of deserving volunteers and inspiring people being recognised. I think Emily is great, and I think many people will agree.

At the pub this Eve I met someone who wanted to vote but said they were away on 22nd. Explained about pre poll at St Pauls 13th to 17th. He'll said be voting now. We need to share the pre poll option as much as possible.

@keenjersey @Voteje There are some bloody good new candidates (but sadly not spread evenly across the districts) and the predictably crap selection of Constables. At least "None of the above" is a decent option. There are many existing members who would not get my vote.

Watching Australia dominate @englandcricket women in @cricketworldcup final. Unsurprising, when you consider how pathetically out of shape (i.e fat) some of the supposedly professional England cricketers are. We've been inept at times despite having SOME wonderful players.

Hard to remember a poorer overall performance. Didn’t threaten Birmingham, Birmingham threatened Arsenal defensively and physically, Arsenal lost a lot of duels and second balls too. Poor in every respect today.

@Stillberto @laythy29 Arsenal are lucky to still be in this final. "Pedestrian" was used at the end of the 1st half to describe our ponderous defence and laboured passing. It was like the worst of Montemurro and highlights how big a loss Leah is. Hopefully, Jonas can sort it out.

@5livesport @bbcsport Lowry and others are deluded if they think there's going to be a comeback. Too many European players have struggled to put two or three strokes together. Even when the USA falter, Europe mess up as well. Tomorrow could be another horror show. #RyderCup

@5livesport @bbcsport Jon Rahm has carried this team and saved them from annihilation. Most of Team Europe has shrivelled either when under pressure or gifted opportunities. And some of their golf has been woeful. #RyderCup Youth and class has told for the USA.

@MearsD @5liveSport @BBCSport Hovland has been uninspiring, but may get the nod by not being as bad as some of the others. Uninspiring, badly out of form, and lacking confidence sums up most of the European team. Dropping holes to par and missing easy putts has been a recurring theme today.
