Personally just didn’t govern the city well during her term which is a big issue for me. Cop City, her APD George Floyd/Rayshard Brooks reactions, and then at the end she kind of just quit after a term(super rare historically for Atlanta mayors).

And that alone changes the conversation and how we should’ve voted to give dems the best chance. There was a black man right there. A couple of them actually.

@smallcitylegacy @requestGranted She didn’t quit. A popular mayor chose not to run for reelection and chose to list tough times as the reason why she left. I find that admirable. However I also don’t want to hear how she’s a fighter bc that wasn’t fighter energy.

The issue with KLB is that she was only the popular option because of name recognition not because she was the strongest option to garner enough votes to turn GA blue and that’s the issue. We had other candidates that if the proper research was done would’ve stood a chance
