@UPS how do I find out further information on a del that U delivered to a drop off location for Zara and when customer, me, goes to collect the shop says they don't have it but ur confirmation email states date & time. I have reached out to Zara awaiting response.

@ZARA_Care Fuming, returned an item which was too big, the tag came off, but I enclosed it in the box, showed it to the manager who checked the item before I manually processed the return. Zara sent me an email saying they're not refunding not in perfect condition NOT BEEN WORN.
@ZARA A note to all Zara customers, DO NOT USE THE SELF SERVICE RETURN, you have NO protection, always return through a customer assistant once she accepts item you'll be refunded, doing it yourself is a gamble with your word against theirs, God knows how it's received.
As ZARA are refusing to respond to my query on their customer service platforms, will raise my complaint through Citizens Advice Bureau. So shocked by their unprofessional behaviour, been a customer for over 20 years, would have never thought this was their level of service.

@ZARA returned item in store using self service returns. Before processing showed manager that the price tag came off, & was enclosing it in box. She checked the item & inside tags said fine I returned. Received email refusing refund why? Returned at my local branch. Need answer
@ZARA how can you refuse to refund an item that was checked by a manager in store before being processed through your self service. I will never use that service again and want my refund. Tag came off item and was included in the return. Bloody Fuming!

@hm I'm trying to address an issue on an order I placed and you sent something completely different. I now have to re-order the item again but don't feel I should have to pay the delivery charge. Who can I reach out to on this? Nothing on your page to address this with.
@Wowcher_Support purchased a holiday through U, travel agent Prime Holidays is not responding to my emails to confirm booking. Ur Whatsapp cust. Svcs who I was directed to are useless. If they won't confirm booking, refund my money, paid 10 Sept, still chasing, feels like SCAM!
