@Wowcher_Support I've received delivery of this item today and I am appalled. The box is in pieces and the item is dented. I have tried calling the one contact number I can find for the company and says it doesn't exist. It also says the merchant is dissolved on Companies House.

@wowcher Think twice about using these. My father made a purchase. No confirmation email for a unreedeemable voucher for a spa weekend. They bounce you from bot to bot with deflection tactics. Trying for a refund. They have credited a non existing account. wow @Wowcher_Support

Had a lovely weekend in Amsterdam courtesy of friends. Unfortunately slightly ruined by Wowcher. Hotel was booked for double room but on arrival it was a twin. Had to upgrade to sleep side by side, cost 90 euros. Wowcher customer support non existent. @wowcher @Wowcher_Support
