8 @F3Highlands celebrated @Skipper_F3 10 year F3 anniversary. That is quite a milestone! He delivered a great beatdown bringing some of the classic exercises from his 10 years. It sucked in a good way. Thanks @Skipper_F3 for being such a HIM! @F3MECA Cheers to the next 10!

12 @F3Highlands attended YHC’s beatdown before our Adopt A Street community project. We had about 30 people for our community project where we picked up litter around the schools and the streets surrounding. Talk about community leadership! Great work! @F3MECA

10 of @F3Highlands finest were surprised to see YHC this morning and even more surprised to see YHC was the Q. They said they missed me. That changed after the beatdown however.
