Last time I gonna mention the carra debate I would have carra over konate and matip Simply because he was consistent Better on the ball than konate ,read the game better and hardly got injured If matip was not injury prone ,he would have been number 1 .

We don’t mind who supports our club, as long as they align with our values. Love the club like we do and you’re seen as one of us. Forcing division over ex players opinions is mental. And for the record, if you can’t appreciate what @Carra23 done for LFC, you certainly don’t see the game like we do. Second most appearances ever, a number that will not be beaten. 11 trophies, including FA Cup and European Cup. From 2004-2007 the debate was Terry or Carra. For me personally he was one of the best CB’s the club’s ever had. If we were going to battle, I’d want Jamie next to me! Wore his heart on his sleeve and gave everything he had for that red shirt. He may not have sprayed 40yard passes, but the notion that he was average is complete nonsense. Concentrated on defending and put everything he had into it. A top fella who does all sorts for local charities and supports many local businesses. A hero to many of us, but you’d never know it if you bumped into him coz he’s as grounded as they come. We didn’t “dream of a team of Carraghers” for nothing you know!!

@Carra23 VVD disagrees. You forgot another stat: You have the 2nd most own goals in history of the Premier League. As for the right to defend yourself. Just imagine if Salah, Casemiro, and other players you bullied responded to your drivel.
Parted Beard@PartedBeard

VVD: Carragher will not start over Gomez, Matip and Konate. VVD: "No and I'm serious about that. Carragher played many games for Liverpool but in the modern game Matip and Konate would be ahead of him.” Average. Thanks to @SajadIqbalLFC for the video.

I don’t blow my own trumpet as it’s not my style or the style for people from the city of Liverpool, but we are allowed to defend ourselves! There has only been three CB’s from LFC to make the PFA TOTY in the PL era, VVD, Sami & me!! The year was 2005/6 when the PL CB’s were…….
Parted Beard@PartedBeard

Carragher was Henderson of his time. A loud leader that pushed teammates to be better. Overall he was an average CB with outstanding moments like Istanbul after 1st half. Because he is a famous pundit and a local lad he is overrated by local fans. PFA Team Of The Year once.

I know there's no footy , but a ex player picking his best ever top 10 is getting boring now . A day or two sound Any longer is weird , unless you pay for a Elon musk blue tick and want that traffic.

@LewisFN00 I surprisingly have very little interest in this whole saga but how is he putting Souness so high if off the pitch actions are weighed so heavily?

That feels incredibly petty, if I'm being honest.
Jamie Carragher@Carra23

@SajadIqbalLFC I changed my mind 12 months later as I think MO this season didn’t show enough off the pitch, I don’t really care about on the pitch as it’s his first average season. I’d like him to have spoken more for the club after defeats & not kill the manager publicly.

I’m as angry as I can be (which is pretty angry) at the religious atrocity perpetrated by “The Jewish State” (their words not mine) against Jesus Christ, against the Christian faith, against the Roman Catholic Cardinal and the clergy and the faithful who were denied access to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem today. It brings back dark memories of the meaning of Palm Sunday and Easter itself. It makes a sick mockery of the so-called “Judeo-Christian values” which Ill -educated half-wits treat us to in support of Israel. Jesus was CRUCIFIED. We know by whom. At whose demand. We know who chose Barabus.

If we’re going to war on the order of a guy who’s too old to serve in it, then at least his kids should have to serve in that war, no? Then maybe we’d try ending it sooner & probably would never have started it in the first place. Also, when Trump had chance to serve he dodged it.

THIS IS THE STORY OF A POTENTIAL SCANDAL THAT JUST WENT AWAY Former Labour MP Nick Brown was at the heart of politics for 40 years in an assortment of senior roles. He was close to Tony Blair, Gordon Brown, Keir Starmer and even, at one stage, Jeremy Corbyn. And then suddenly he vanished. The story given was very specific: he was suspended regarding a serious allegation from 25 years ago. That was it. An internal inquiry took place, Brown hired libel lawyers and then quit politics with his pension intact. Much talk of super injunctions have abounded. Serious allegations can be found all over the internet. But....silence. The Labour Party have refused to tell us more. For an elected representative who relied on the public purse for decades, there has been an extraordinary lack of transparency and accountability as to what happened to Nick Brown. It’s unacceptable. Brown was in the thick of much decision-making alongside Peter 'Epstein's mate' Mandelson and Morgan 'had my phone nicked' McSweeney. The Labour Party have certainly tried to shut down conversation regarding Nick Brown, of that I am in no doubt - and I directly experienced it. This live investigation covers my week trying to find out more about vanishing MP, Nick Brown. I was very clear with every one I approached: this is a matter of public interest and it doesn't just 'go away' because Starmer and co. want it to. THIS IS THE STORY OF A GOVT COVER UP THAT GOES RIGHT TO THE HEART OF THE BRITISH DEMOCRACY. A story of such significance that some believe it could bring down Starmer if the full truth was told. The British public have a right to know.
