Justice Minister Jim O'Callaghan and Garda Commissioner Drew Harris will attend the funeral of Garda Kevin Flatley today. The 49-year-old died after being struck by a motorbike while on duty. His funeral mass takes place in Balbriggan at 1.30pm. More on #VMNews
