@albinkurti You mean Kosovo Albanians celebrate. Kosovo Serbs don't celebrate anything and serb majority regions should de facto come under Serbia's control. Pristina had never de facto control of North Kosovo. De jure, as the UN says, this is a part of Serbia.

Biden’s FY-2023 budget aims to slash immigration backlogs in immigration courts and USCIS (good), but apparently not at @StateDept and embassies (bad and stupid).
