@PGC1a_RB I got plenty of iron so if you need a blood transfusion, let me know. Trying to get one of these metals brahs to get back to me about fixing it but they dont read their messages so 🤷‍♂️

@DigitalFringed1 Def stronger than 100mg a week unless you injected and then took a blood test post injection. Doesn't really matter but in my experience you're only going to see these levels at 150mg+. This is only relevant if you're going to switch sourcing or pharmacies

This is my maintenance at 100mg of test a week I feel perfect, so no need to change anything Bloodwork is all good other than 1 marker, but it's heading in the right direction

@labs_vanguard Seems like any and every activity is now a “travel” thing. Haven’t met anyone who isn’t spending under a grand a month per kid on some hobby/sport things. This is all a grift because it’s now an industry supporting people’s lifestyles and lives.

@yosoymario91 Pretty sure if I made tiktok account for just half of the fuckery I see on a daily basis in the gym, I could retire by the end of July. There are few words to describe how insane and dumb some people are. And this gym isn't even a budget gym. I cannot imagine a $20 a month gym

If you thought curling in the squat rack is bad, there is a dude now squatting at the bench press. He very awkwardly un-racks the bar, puts it on his back, squats then puts it back.

You'd be surprised at how many people have a painfully poor understanding of a coach’s job. The bare minimum value is to give you directions on how to execute a certain exercise, provide programming, coach nutrition, etc. AI can kind of deliver on these services and may improve significantly over time. What AI cannot currently do is: See your compensatory movement patterns. Make adjustments based on injuries. Suggest exercises that coaches may have come up with not found on YouTube. Read your body language as you perform lifts. Have full historical understanding of your recurring injuries. Have full historical understanding of your eating disorders. Adjust the training plan based on what life throws at you. AI is a tool. Most tools can be useful, but they are one small part of a solution and unfortunately, humans can misuse the hell out of tools.

@nateyamasaki I still don’t understand why huberman was losing his mind over this. He was saying 1-3mg was dangerous. Then Richard is doing 10,20,50,100x the dose

180mg last night, zero grogginess, high sleep score Sleep however is not the context I'm researching → Antioxidant potentiation Easy to obtain, relatively inexpensive, high safety rating (no LD50) Sensing intentionally overlooked / understudied due to poor monetization

Yep, 180 mg melatonin feels fine, similar to 60 mg, meaning I'll re-test it again, which means a future 240, 300, 360, 420, 480, and upwards, are potential exploratory dosages Might as well get bulk powder melatonin Maybe will try the 180 mg again tonight, maybe in a few days

I love how there's this fat boomer dude in every gym who loads massive weights on everything and then does these very quick, zero ROM reps

@RealEdFriendly I think you just frame it in terms of your standards. Example: "You are an 8/10 baddie and glad we matched, but so you know, I only date women with microbiome scores above 90" That way it's both non-accusatory, but lets her know you have standards.

Matched with a 8/10 baddie on Hinge but no vaginal microbiome report on her account How do I bring it up without sounding accusatory?

@WongEXE___ I’m convinced your gym is a drug front. What kind of gym owner has this type of capital to buy all this high end equipment lol. But I support it

@0xROAS This is...honestly...insane. I just need to find a poor filipino to study your course, learn the ins and outs and do it 40 hours a week. I just don't have the time to learn the video prompting. Regular AI automations keep me busy enough
