Over 2 yrs ago a tree outside neighbour’s house died & @Merton_council said it would be replaced. Nothing happened, so neighbour wrote to @siobhain_mc 🙄A month ago a couple of guys turned up, dug around a bit then left it like this. Do @FMConwayltd want their trip hazard back?

@FMConwayltd @MayorOfNewham I spoke to 2 members of your staff today to ask for an estimated timescale to open the road to let me leave. One shrugged his shoulders and the other just said "this job has been authorised by the council". 30 mins to leave my road is unacceptable
