Been trying to call @edfenergy for a week but an automated message tells me to call at a less busy time and hangs up. Finally got past the machine today and been on hold for 1hour 31 mins and counting. I wonder when this call will be answered?? Wonder if @ofgem might help?

@edfenergy I've been trying to call you for a week but can't get through. Between my last 3 calls I have been on hold for a total of 2 hours 36 mins. Currently been on hold now for 14 mins. Let's see how long this one will take. Absolute joke.

8 people trespass on land owned by ASH (with the common purpose of residing there) by driving onto the land in 3 cars towing 2 caravans. ASH asks them to leave; they refuse. Could a direction to leave the land be given under s. 61 of the Criminal Justice & Public Order Act 1994?

@NewhamLondon @TfL how much longer will the road works outside Maryland station take? Why did you block all the side roads before completing the works on the main road? This causes gridlock in the area every single day and is dangerous for the road workers. #Traffic

At least open the side roads until the main road is fixed to ease congestion. Even @metpoliceuk @LondonFire and @Ldn_Ambulance struggle to get through the area due to the congestion
