GW30 captain locked🔒 Next FPL season I'm going to be the nastiest meta merchant ever. I always hated how passive the game is, so I tried to make it more proactive for myself, ignoring some meta picks on purpose and looking for ways to cover template players, even knowing it's sometimes basically impossible because they're just that good. Now I’ve got 9 weeks left to do the same thing with nothing to lose. My GWs are already preplanned till the end, so I’ll keep picking overanalysed differentials just to get a bit more dopamine and enjoy the process itself. So even having Ekitike in my team, I picked Summerville. City's right side is vulnerable in transitions. Their CB delay strategy allows carry-to-shot sequences, which suits players like Summerville who don't rely on combinations. In recent matches he's also been drifting to the flank where the opponent loses possession high, perfect against teams with possession-suppression issues. Strong 1v1, and perfect against the fullback who "falls asleep at the far post". #FPL
