Passed my driving test on the third attempt today 😁 It was a big surprise because I had 4 major/dangerous faults during the hour-long drive that I did with my instructor before the test - it was so bad that he suggested I might wanna not even do my test because I was driving so dangerously. My xPass was less than 0.1 I got the Bo Burnham lookalike as my examiner again, which was lucky as he’s the best of the half dozen examiners who I could have had.

@ToastFpl I was in a similar situation last year. I'd say don't rush but re-evaluate where you want to go next in your career. Senior Management recently told me my professionalism and dedication to the team despite being unsuccessful has been 'noted'

I had an interview at work this week, for promotion, and didn't get it. Feedback was really positive and just wasn't ready yet. But... I've never felt so demotivated as I have the last few days. Never been in this position, does it go away? Or should I look for different jobs?!
