FRAC filed an amicus brief before the U.S. Supreme Court in the 80% frame or receiver case, dealing with nationwide vacateur of unlawful ATF regulations. The government is relentlessly trying to undermine the ability of the courts to restrain its unlawful regulatory conduct.

These four "moderate" Democrats voted to uphold the banning of millions of braced-pistols. They are all up for reelection next year. While the vote was largely symbolic (given Biden's veto threat), it was an opportunity for senators to show their true colors on this issue.

The Congressional Review Act to invalidate the ATF Stabilzing Brace Rule has just passed the House in a bipartisan vote. On to the Senate!  FRAC is grateful for the tremendous support by Speaker McCarthy, Majority Leader Scalise, and Majority Whip Emmer for their tireless efforts
