Great time back at the curling rink to bring greetings at the First Steps Wellness Centre wheelchair curling funspiel. First Steps Wellness Centre is a specialized rehab facility to promote functional recovery in individuals with a spinal cord injury.

From this side there are an a lot of charities we know with ⬇️ funding this year while a group like that continues to receive full funding. The conflict comes from some specific and controversial questions that were asked in tick boxes.

As of now we get a part-time student for 8 weeks. A long shot from last years full 16 week funding for 2 university students and one high school student.

@WBrettWilson @gmbutts @liberal_party @dogwoodbc We’re a charity in Saskatchewan and not only are they funding pipeline protestors, but this year they’re also cutting funding for us to get summer students to work with children with disabilities. How does a charity make up these lost funds? They don’t!
