Best advice I could give someone job searching: Skip the job application. Email the hiring manager, executive, founder, or CEO and send them something related to the job: >> Doing the actual work >> Share the strategy >> Show execution >> Send an artifact, codebase, etc Show them you can do the job and you'll skip to the front of the line. Applications are a waste of time. Getting shit done gets noticed.

S26 Ultra impressions so far: Good things: - Design, in hand feel. - Aperture upgrades are noticeable and make big improvements to shutter speed and motion blur. - Low-light pictures improved a lot. - The phone stays cooler except when using the camera; it gets warmer... - The 5x 24MP default is great for the stock camera. - Selfies, main, 5x, UW, and video are improved. Things that need improvement: - Post-processing needs an update for sure, maybe too bright also at times. - Portrait shots could be better with edge detection, imo. I don't see much improvement over the S25U. - Long-range zoom looks awful, just like almost any phone (hope the Oppo Find X9U can do it) (stick with 5x, max 10x). -Expert RAW long-range zoom is poor; it definitely needs an upgrade. The 10x is maybe just a bit too sharp, imo. - 3x is still very mediocre. With Expert RAW it's better, though. - I noticed a bug sometimes when cropping my pictures. Hope Samsung can adress this issues with future updates.

Launch Day 3 meetings in 3 hours cold emails might take you a while to get right, but many times you know it from the beginning whether you're going to crush it with cold emails or no (small and mid-market in question here) Remember this the next time you're signing a 6 month lock in with an email agency just because that's how long they claim cold outreach takes to work
