Where is the missing ₹1,300 going? No compensation for rebooking—just another unjust charge for an issue not caused by me. Completely unacceptable.

@makemytripcare Already did long back.. nobody called and I had to make multiple calls. Also, please get rid of the bot who answers the call. Doesn’t understand that if somebody wants to speak to a person and has to discuss beyond the set queries.. keeps repeating the same set of answers
