Except when you try to get answers and help on your custome service @Roblox !! My 7 year old girl has been crying for weeks and none of our tickets get answers that actually read the issue at hand! If you're going to delete an account,maybe verify it wasn't hacked 1st! My gosh.

So why is @Roblox customer service so BAD?! My SEVEN yr old daughter got HACKED and some inappropriate content was made while she was sleeping and they then deleted her account. We try cust. service x3 & get generic answers when our 7 yr old just wants her little account back?!

Apparently when you make a reservation @Hyatt @HyattConcierge ,it's merely a suggestion because they can and will give away your room. I'm flabbergasted as a world of Hyatt member, that this is "normal" occurence...I guess hotels aren't what they used to be
