I order veg falafel roll from @faasos through @Swiggy they Served me pathetic roll I ever had in my life .......tasteless,no flavors in it...plus there is no sign of adding any mayonnaise and sauces ..just luks n gives flavor as curded been added..... No response from help centre

Ordered a Tandoori Soya Chaap Roll from @faasos expecting a vegetarian meal, but received a chicken roll instead. As a pure vegetarian, this is extremely upsetting and unacceptable. Food preferences and beliefs must be respected, and such mistakes are not minor. #Faasos

Saw some new brand of restaurant on Swiggy. It said 'The Protein Project'. Order came - it's Faasos roll 🤦🤢 Bill says 'Daily Protein Club' This is misselling and terrible for transparency. I need to know which brand I'm ordering food from. Btw the FSSAI belongs to Rebel Foods.
