@Pret Really disappointed with Pret A Manger yesterday (Leeds City Centre). Staff were dismissive and unhelpful when we returned for a lost bag - staff didn’t check and the manager was extremely rude and ignored us. I’m a regular but this was awful service.

Couldn’t buy a coffee from Greggs just now because they were busy dealing with a guy who was trying to loot all the sandwiches. Went to Costa instead, where they now have a bouncer standing next to the fridge. 🥴

@paddy_delaney @Pret You keep ignoring that Pret have a high staff turnover even in the social media dept. You will get the same response every year until the cows come home. And even if a same employee responds, they are as robotic as you are.

@Pret waited 15 minutes for a $8 iced latte that they forgot to call out. SMH. Regret not going next to door for a bigger and cheaper cup that’s not watered down because they neglected to call my order out. Horrible!

I spoke with a policeman in @Pret on Clapham High Street who told me that the majority of them were 'nice kids'. I nearly spat my coffee out. This younger generation are doomed with their TikTok addictions. #Clapham

The appalling scenes in Clapham in recent days are absolutely unacceptable and those responsible will face the full force of the law. Two arrests have been made and the Met is continuing to investigate. Seems that no-one told @Pret in St John's Wood that it is the start of the #CountyChampionship! There aeems to be just one person on, serving customers and making drinks (and doing a great job by the way) but the crowds on their way to @HomeOfCricket are pouring in!

@PretUsa is it your policy to have your workers wear hair coverings while handling food, so customers don’t find it baked into their food? Is it also your policy to return the money spent on these items, blame the client for the hair, offer something else then take it back?
