I’m conflicted.
On one hand, I respect people who follow rules and help maintain a civilized society.
On the other, when I see pedestrians waiting obediently at a crosswalk with no cars in sight simply because the light hasn’t changed, I can’t help but think Ted Kaczynski was right about humans becoming slaves to technology.
