@Bederowlaw I doubt the defense would even care, but I just wanted to send this along. A friend of mine's son just happened to have been hit at slow speed (in a parking lot) in the ARM yesterday ... Didn't get knocked down. HAS BRUISES.

@SueNBCBoston I'm taking bets now that "science juror" and "giggling jurors" will be "randomly" selected to be alternates.

Sue O'Connell: COMMENTATOR, not a reporter
Regarding this morning’s statement to the jury: While this is a very stoic jury with the majority taking consistent notes, there have been two episodes of giggling during a sidebar by the same three jurors. A court officer stood in front of them last time it happened. One juror has what could be described as “resting smirk face”, and although he occasionally has a reaction, it doesn’t appear to me to be disruptive or on purpose. There is always a court officer stationed behind the jurors, and at least 4, often 6, more stationed around the courtroom.

🚨BREAKING 🚨Utah State University's women's dorm has allegedly allowed a “transgender” individual as a "Dorm Mom," turning a supposed safe haven for female students into a nightmare of wokism that threatens the safety of female residents. 🧵 This week, Cheryl Saltzman, a concerned mother, bravely took to social media to voice her outrage because a man has now moved into her daughter’s all-women's secure environment (Merrill Hall Dorm) without notice to the women students. She was horrified to meet "Marcie," whom she said is clearly a "biological man" infiltrating the dorm. "Marcie" now ironically holds the misleading title of Resident Assistant, or “Dorm Mom” a position that should be about protecting young women and the “community standards”, but is now compromised. Stalzmans’s said at some point during “Marcie’s” move-in one of the female students who lives in the dorm spoke with “Marcie’s” mother, who not only confirmed “Marcie” is in fact a “trans” person with specific pronouns to use, but wanted to make sure the female students“felt comfortable” her son was moving in with them. I was able to independently corroborate this part of the story. Saltzman's courageous post shed light on her deep discomfort with "Marcie's" inappropriate presence in the dorm, questioning whether "Marcie" has inappropriate access (as the Dorm Mom) to the private rooms of these vulnerable female students. After her complaint, the university, in a dismissive move, merely offered her daughter alternative housing, showing clear negligence towards the safety and privacy of the remaining female students in the dorm. Saltzman shared a photo with me depicting a strange introductory collage “Marcie” apparently created and publicly posted on a large wall in the dorm for all the girls to see. (See below) “I’m doing this to make change and to protect the female students who may not have the courage to speak up. And last, it’s just wrong!” She and her husband told me in a phone interview with them… “Our daughter luckily had us as parents who live close enough to the school to protect her; and a lot of these students don’t have that kind of support” Eric Saltzman said. This scandal echoes a recent uproar at Utah State University (Logan, Utah) where brave members of the women's volleyball team, like Kaylie Ray, were unfairly vilified for standing up against playing against transgender athletes from San Jose State. It's worth noting that some misguided staff from Utah State University were allegedly among those condemning their own team, revealing a disturbing pattern of disregard for women's sports and spaces. The situation raises serious doubts, again, about the leadership of President Elizabeth R. Cantwell @USUPres at Utah State University, who seems more interested in pushing radical agendas than in safeguarding the sanctity of women-only spaces and sports. Hopefully this story will not only push USU to take swift action, but also compel “Marcie” to disengage from gender appropriation in women’s college dorms, and ultimately remove the “woman face” he has on. Affected by YouTube #invalidtraffic? There are reports (including mine) that the revenue is getting back to normal. Are you experiencing this thing today as well?

If there’s one thing I have learned working at a school that I could tell kids who will listen it’s this…. Just be honest & truthful. You’ll get a whole lot further and a whole lot more forgiveness if you tell the truth the first time. #lifelessonsfrommommasomerville

@nebralien Interesting theory. I also have affiliate links. One other common denominator I have seen is that the majority of most of the channels traffic is coming from search. This is also affecting my channel.

@YouTubeLiaison @TomLawrenceTech @TeamYouTube Exactly. Tell us which videos, where is the traffic coming from, why don't you also reduce my view count on those videos if the views are invalid. We need more information than "just figure it out and stop sending invalid traffic"

Totally realize it's beyond frustrating, but nothing more than from what I've shared recently — It's not a bug and there's no revenue (advertisers don't pay out for things like fake clicks on ads) for creators or for YouTube. The system will try to protect itself until the invalid traffic stops If you haven't already, go to Creator Support in Studio and they can get a case started for you This article does a really good job explaining more: support.google.com/youtube/answer…

It’s not only frustrating, @YouTubeLiaison, but also in incredibly bad faith that YouTube has given creators no specifics whatsoever on something that has drastically affected so many of their earnings; the basic articles that YouTube / Google has published about “invalid traffic” — such as the one you linked to — are supremely unhelpful to the vast majority of creators affected by this. Given the lack of specifics, it’s hard for us to believe you. “Just trust us — there’s invalid traffic, but we’re not going to tell you where it’s coming from / on which videos / etc.” Like I said — bad faith.
