@AskTarget Ordered 3 items yesterday, it showed if I ordered before noon I'd get next day delivery. Still says so on those items in app but now my items are coming in a week?? I have screenshots of it all, what's with the bait and switch?? Scummy af.

@DoorDash_Help @wingstop @DoorDash_Help So much for customers shouldn't be getting cold food right? Seems to be a pattern now.

@DoorDash_Help Apparently once again when receiving cold food I was told that it's not a big deal according to in app support and offered a third of what I paid for cold, inedible food and 2 bucks alone for less than half full side of flavor from @wingstop .

@DoorDash So your idea of customer service when a customer reports cold food is your rep on call to tell me I can't get refunded and to PUT IT IN THE MICROWAVE??? Put a bowl full of sour cream in the microwave instead of guaranteeing hot food for dashpash customers? Ridiculous.

Day 3 of trying to get @DoorDash_Help to answer for their people telling me to microwave my order that arrived refrigerated from Chipotle. Just keep affirming why I'm no longer using yall after nearly 3 years of dashpash.

So nothing at all to say @DoorDash_Help ? You demand I DM your account and then ignore all communications since then? Again after being told to microwave food that arrived cold by your customer service rep, what a joke.

@DoorDash_Help So...? Is it common to invite customers to DM you for help and leave them ignored for over a day? Really not happy with @DoorDash at the moment. You don't care about your customers only your perception. Figure out how to make it right.
